Returns
If you received the jewellery with defects, you can return it, within 3 days of receiving your order.
You are required to take pictures of the jewellery defect & email to us at marketing@seoulinspire.com, to verify the defect. In the event if the picture of the defect in your email is not clear, we may request you to resend with a clearer picture, failure to do so, we reserved the rights to reject the defect claim.
Upon recieving your email & picture of the jewellery defect, please allow us to verify the defect & response to you within 3 working days.
After we have confirmed the defect to you by email, you can proceed to return the jewellery with our original packing box & bag. Return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please use a registered postal service with a tracking system. We will not be responsible for any lost returns. Please post your item to us within 7 days of us confirming the return with you.
Please note that, if the return jewellery condition does not tally with the emailed picture you have emailed us, we served the rights to reject the defect claim.
Once receiving your returns & we confirmed the physical defect condition tally, we will do a 1 to 1 exchange & mail back a new jewellery piece to you with photography taken before sending back.
Seoul Inspire reserved the rights to reject any defect claims if the above mentioned instructions are not follow according to our requirements.
